What Makes Techreo Tubes Different?
Techreo's structural tubes are not conventional extrusions. They are precision-engineered, multi-layer, multi-material laminates assembled through a patented winding and assembly process. The result is a structure that is simultaneously lighter, stiffer, and dramatically better at dissipating vibration than aluminum or steel alternatives.

Techreo precision-winds and layers multiple materials — aluminum, stainless steel, carbon fiber, even copper and Inconel® — in custom sequences to produce mechanical properties impossible with single-material tubes. Each boom is engineered to your application, with FEA modeling and custom adapters available.
Manufacturing Process
Techreo applies decades of winding and precision manufacturing expertise to build each tube through a repeatable, controlled sequence:

Foil layers are helically wound around an inner core

Structural adhesive is applied between each interface layer
[ 3 ]
Inner and Outer tubes are axially inserted
[ 4 ]
Finished tubes are inspected dimensionally and, when specified, validated by frequency response testing.

Damped Vibration
Unwanted vibration inaccuracy and ring-down time can be designed-out using Techreo’s innovative approach. Any long-reach application (part placement, stamping, welding, grinding, inspections, ablation) can achieve positional accuracy and increase production rate / reliability with our patented tube design. Ring-down times are up to 50x better than aluminum.
